The adventure began in 2011, when Louis Frack and Anthony Darré struck up a friendship on school benches with a shared passion: enjoying burgers during their lunch break. They decided to take up the daring challenge of offering a new fast-food product: entirely organic burgers.

The fast-growing chain aims to open around ten restaurants a year over the next 4 years, and to reach 60 units by the end of 2027.
