Why did you choose Yokitup and how did you manage your purchasing, inventory and margin control before?

We chose Yokitup to provide our franchisees with a management tool that allows them to place orders, process deliveries, conduct inventory counts, and manage inventory.
We use it to track our revenue and calculate our food cost so we can determine both theoretical and actual margins.
We also chose Yokitup because it was compatible with our current point-of-sale system.

The Yokitup teams provided us with full support during the implementation.
The implementation followed a defined and established reverse schedule.
Yokitup was able to adapt to our point-of-sale system for Belgium and provide us with a solution and the necessary adjustments in a very short time.

We’re still in the launch phase; the core features are being used, and the teams’ adoption of the system is the real highlight so far.
We’re launching the management phase this summer to provide our franchisees with a true management tool aimed at increasing their profit margin by 1 to 2 points.

Front-line staff mainly use phones and tablets for orders, receiving, and inventory, while managers use computers for credit memos and management tasks.

What's on your mind at the moment, or what are your future ambitions?

Black and White continues to expand and grow, with 15 more store openings planned by the end of next year.
