My name is Louise and I'm Bohébon's Operations Manager. I've been with the company since it launched in 2019, so I've been with it for 6 years.
I work with the various head office departments (HR, kitchen, layout, communication, development, etc.), always in liaison with the operational side to guarantee the success, performance and development of the brand.
Why did you choose Yokitup and how did you manage your purchasing, inventory and margin control before?
We work with ultra-fresh produce, which requires us to place orders every day, and we were spending far too much time calling each of our suppliers every morning.
Inventories were carried out via an Excel file, and we lacked visibility over our stock management.
We absolutely needed an efficient, intuitive tool for each of our employees, in line with our development ambitions.
