A quick introduction to who you are and how long you've been working for Maslow:

I'm Charline, F&B Manager, and I've been with Maslow for a year now.

Why did you choose Yokitup and how did you manage your purchasing, inventory and margin control before?

Even before opening Maslow 1er, Mehdi, Marine and Julia knew they wanted to develop several restaurants and concepts.
From the outset, therefore, the idea was to equip ourselves with a reliable, comprehensive tool capable of tracking the group's growth and saving us time on day-to-day management. Yokitup ticked all these boxes.

What are the notable advantages of using Yokitup? (margin points gained, time saved / week / month...)

We centralize all our orders and price lists on a single tool, which saves our chefs an incredible amount of time.
It also enables us to better monitor our purchases and maintain real control over sourcing, an essential point at Maslow.
And from a management point of view, it's ultra-valuable: we monitor our margins in real time, we can immediately see the impact of a price increase, and we have a clear vision of volumes, consumption and the correct execution of recipes.

How do teams use Yokitup on a daily basis (functionalities, mobile application, etc.)?

Yokitup has become a central tool for all our teams. Managers place their orders on it, whether via the application or the web version. Our bursars use it to monitor incoming goods, so we don't miss a thing. The kitchen and bar teams use the app to consult recipes, grammages and production stages.

In the dining room, kitchen or bar, everyone also uses it for transfers between restaurants, end-of-month inventories and loss management. It really is a common platform for everyone, at the heart of our organization.

Which of Yokitup's key features do you find most useful?

Most frequently used: orders, data sheets, cards, stock transfers, laboratory functions, inventories and loss management.

What's on your mind at the moment, or what are your future ambitions?

We're currently working on the opening of our fourth restaurant, which will be a second Fellows, in the Saint-Germain district.

Today, Yokitup has clearly become an indispensable tool. In addition to saving time, I sincerely believe that it saves us from having to hire an extra person.
