Nachos grew from two restaurants to 10, then 20, before reaching 30 establishments in 2024.

Their recipe for success? On the one hand, the use of 100% fresh produce, with stores restocked three times a week, explains Olivier Tellechea, Nachos Development Director: "We prepare our own marinades, crush avocados for guacamole and cook beans at low temperatures." On the other hand, we adopt the fast-food codes, with products ready in around fifty seconds.
