A new identity and national expansion

Catering group sets out to achieve its roll-out ambitions

Since its creation in 2009, Poulet Braiséa, the first fast-food chain to focus on poultry, has already conquered the taste buds of the Île-e-France region.
Starting in 2022, the brand is changing its identity, and has decided to double the size of its support teams. The aim? To step up the pace of the Group's national growth and development.

To support the development of the restaurant network in France, the PB Poulet Braisé group was formed in January 2022.
This strategic decision enables the group to realize its ambitions for growth and deployment, bringing together branches and franchisees.
